Dance circle training

About the subject

Dance circle training is a workout method that effectively targets all body parts, focusing on making the body strong, flexible, and ready for a week filled with dance or outdoor activities.

It’s a dynamic and powerful workout across the floor, accompanied by music and a partner who will stay by your side throughout the session. We work on stamina, flexibility, strength, coordination, and balance, and you will definitely work up a sweat while being both challenged and having fun.

Awareness of the body’s center, grounding, adjustments based on the skeletal structure, breathing, and the relationship to time and space is sharpened. The training always ends with stretching.

Dance circuit training is for anyone interested in increasing body awareness. Beginners as well as experienced dancers can benefit from the training.
