Performance Writing
About the subject
Performance Writing is a fascinating and interdisciplinary art form that unites the realms of writing, literature, and live performance.
Incorporating elements from theater, live literature, experimental poetry, installation, music, and sound art, Performance Writing engages with the art, process, and presentation of writing like no other, where the only limit is our ever-evolving imagination.
By exploring the possibilities of writing on and off the page, Performance Writing aims to broaden the author’s artistic horizons and uncover new and exciting facets of their own creativity.
Performance Writing offers a unique and dynamic approach to storytelling and artistic expression. It allows writers and performers to explore new ways of engaging with audiences, challenge traditional boundaries, and create immersive experiences that go beyond the written word.
